It is a green-skinned grape variety that makes the most popular white wine – called queen of white wines. Most of the Chardonnays go through malolactic fermentation where the tart tasting malic acid is converted to lactic acid to bring out the creamy and buttery texture of the wine. This wine is paired well with poultry,  pork,  seafood or any other white meat with cream or butter base.
